How to Schedule an Appointment
You may book an appointment a few ways:
Click on the Schedule Now button on the top of this page to book on-line through Schedulicity. If you do not see a time that works for you, contact us.
You also may call or text each therapist directly (see phone list under Therapists tab above). Or, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state any preferences that you may have at this time. It is advisable to make your appointment 2 weeks in advance. New clients must book a new client consultation.
Note: Dawn Woodring is not currently taking new therapeutic massage clients. (You may call her to be placed on a wait list.) She is, however, taking new Abdominal Therapy clients. Visit Abdominal-Therapy.com for more information.
Note: Fran Vicente is now only booking at the Rivanna Cryotherapy Recovery Center
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You may enjoy a cup of tea in our lobby. We will greet you there and escort you to your room where you will undress to your level of comfort—unless you have chosen a modality that is performed clothed. During the massage you will be comfortably draped with a sheet at all times. A robe is provided in the room in case you need to use the facilities.
Massage appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be billed at the full rate for those services.
If you have been working out or playing a sport, please shower before arriving. Please do not wear strong scents or smoke.
What to Expect
During your new client consultation, our therapist will take a about 20 minutes to discuss your health and your needs. You will also receive a massage during your initial visit of 90 minutes.
Please communicate with your therapist about your level of comfort with pressure, temperature of room, music, etc... This is your massage, and we want you to have a great experience!
