We customize every massage to meet your individual needs. We use a variety of techniques to address specific issues such as stress, chronic pain or tightness in the body. During your initial consultation, your therapist will create a plan specific to resolving your condition. Part of your initial session will be receiving bodywork as well as discussing your concerns. You may be given "homework" to do, such as stretching. In addition to general therapeutic massage, some of the following modalities may be incorporated into your treatment plan.
Hot, warm, and sometimes cold stones are used to bring the body into balance. In addition to strategically placing hot stones along the body, the therapist also deeply massages muscles with the stones.
